Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We work quickly to prepare your order within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
How do I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow it.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: usually 2–4 business days
European Union: usually 2–8 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes – you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht page for full details.
How do I return an item?
Just send us an email at support@perleva.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the simple return process.
Do you accept returns on all products?
Our return policy covers all jewelry and watches within 14 days.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings, as well as sale items, are final-sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return (or proof of shipment). You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
Warranty & Quality
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes! Every PERLÉVA watch includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
- Batteries, straps, bracelets
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Water damage caused by improper use
- Normal wear and tear (scratches or tarnishing)
Product Care
Are the watches waterproof?
All PERLÉVA watches are water resistant. To keep yours in top condition, we recommend removing it before sleeping, exercising, showering, or extended water exposure. Avoid contact with hand sanitizer, perfume, hairspray, and harsh chemicals.
When not in use, store your watch in the PERLÉVA box and keep it away from extreme temperatures and abrasive surfaces. Important: Damage caused by excessive water exposure is not covered under warranty.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry shining:
- Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
- Store in a soft pouch or box when not in use
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes – our stainless steel is nickel-safe and skin-friendly.
Gifts & Packaging
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes – our pieces come in elegant PERLÉVA packaging, perfect for gifting. If you’re sending a gift directly, let us know at checkout and we’ll make it extra special.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can add a personal note at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
