RETURNS / REFUNDS 

⚠️ Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return window
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging/tags.

  • Do not send returns to our business address. We’ll provide the correct return address after you contact us.

  • Returns are free for faulty/incorrect items.

  • For all other returns, a €6.49 return fee is deducted from the refund (as stated in your Widerrufsrecht page).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@perleva.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Pack items securely and include your order number inside the parcel.

  4. Keep the drop‑off receipt/tracking until your refund is completed.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size/finish, request an exchange in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return or proof of shipment (whichever is earlier). You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.

Non‑returnable items

  • Customized/personalized items (if applicable).

  • Items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if sealed and unsealed after delivery (EU rule).
    Standard stainless‑steel jewelry and watches that are not personalized are generally returnable under the 14‑day rule.

Warranty help (watches)
PERLÉVA watches include a 12‑month warranty against manufacturing faults (excludes batteries/straps/bracelets, misuse/accident damage, improper water exposure, and normal wear such as scratches or tarnishing). To claim, email support@perleva.com with your order number and photos.
