Carrier

We ship with DHL from Berlin, Germany. All parcels include tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by DHL and may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

Address Changes

If you need to change your address, please contact support@perleva.com as soon as possible. We can modify your address until your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@perleva.com within 48 hours and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns / Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected pickup,
we’ll refund your order minus original shipping costs. Reshipments can be arranged (standard shipping fees apply).

Partial Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.

Customs & Taxes

Currently, we ship within Germany only. European and international shipping will be available soon.
